Mmmmmmm Coffee

I like coffee.

We have a café style coffee machine where you put the ground coffee into the cup, tamp it down,  screw it onto the machine, run the hot water through then add the steamed milk. All manual.
Really nice coffee.
I know how to use it well.

But it is hard work, takes time, and needs to be cleaned, which is a bit of a task.

So we often have those instant mixer coffees instead and only use the machine when we really want a nice coffee.

But we recently got a pod machine - a dolce gusto.
And the coffee is almost as nice as from our real machine (not quite, but pretty good).
But it is so fast that it is actually quicker than boiling the kettle, and cleaning is simply popping the pod in the bin.
And my wife is happy to use it - so now real coffee is not dependent upon me being up to use the machine.

Mmmmmmmm coffee - I like. :lol:

Amazing......

I finally found my blogs again, and they are still operating.

I just got really busy, lots of pressure on from all directions, and something had to give - and the blogspot was it.

Anyway, now I have rediscovered them, there may be some more input....... or there may not...... we'll see.
